1. Purpose of the agreement
This agreement governs the use of the application provided by the Publisher via Microsoft AppSource. By installing or using the application, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
2. License to Use
The Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for internal business purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the application.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the application.

Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code.

Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Rent, lend, or resell the application.
4. Intellectual property
All rights, titles, and interests relating to the application, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.
5. Personal data and confidentiality
The Publisher undertakes to comply with applicable data protection legislation, in particular the GDPR.
The Customer is responsible for data processing, and the Publisher acts as a processor.
The data collected is used solely to provide and improve the service.
6. Support and updates
The Publisher may provide updates, patches, or improvements.
Support is available via email: support@cryp.consulting.
7. Term and termination
This agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the application.
It may be terminated by either party in the event of a breach of the terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the application.
8. Limitation of liability
The application is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty.
The Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
9. Applicable law
This contract is governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse.
10. Changes to the agreement
The Publisher reserves the right to modify this agreement. Changes will be published on AppSource or communicated by email.
